1. General information
These Terms of Service govern all orders placed with Inshoku Bakery ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We operate as a small-batch, pre-order bakery based in Dublin, Ireland.
2. Orders
Orders are accepted through our online ordering system during announced order periods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All products are subject to availability. As our breads are handmade in small batches, quantities are limited.
You are responsible for ensuring that all order details (including contact information and pickup date) are correct at the time of purchase.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Full payment is required to confirm your order. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Pickup policy
Orders must be collected at the designated pickup location and time stated in your confirmation email.
If you are unable to collect your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Due to the perishable nature of our products, uncollected orders may not be refunded.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we are able to offer cancellations or refunds.
6. Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat (gluten), dairy, and eggs. Our products are produced in a shared kitchen that handles all 14 allergens.
While we take care to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.
7. Product information
As all products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, size, and colour may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
8. Food safety & storage
Our bread is best consumed on the day of pickup. Storage and reheating instructions (if applicable) will be provided. We are not responsible for improper storage after collection.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inshoku Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Irish law.
